Yes, we provide home delivery and installation services for free with Dubai and Sharjah. Other Emirates may charge a fee depending on the value of the order.

Standard delivery period is within 4 working days for mattresses and accessories only, and within 14 working days for beds and sofas. Kitchens, Wardrobes and customized interior works are within 45 days. However, Huxberry will strive to deliver orders as soon as possible.

Huxberry provides a standard 10-year limited warranty on mattresses and beds against manufacturing defects and workmanship. Bedding Accessories and furniture have a warranty of 1 year against manufacturing defects and workmanship. Huxberry Kitchens and Wardrobes have a 5-year limited warranty on the cabinets.

All mattresses should be paired with our Huxberry ActivGuard and ActivChill mattress protector or encasement to ensure a clean and hygienic sleep. Our Huxberry mattress protectors are waterproof, UK-grade fire rated and have just been approved as a CDC Level-4 virus blocker. It is always advisable to protect your investment with premium waterproof protection.

Orders cannot be refunded or cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the transaction has been processed. Each item is made to order and cannot be altered or cancelled as materials have been purchased and our master craftsmen have already started working on your order. Therefore, please ensure all sizes, materials and requirements are verified prior to order placement.
