For more than 30 years we have been making beds, mattresses and furniture for homes across the UAE. Huxberry is a premium retail brand, and most of what you are paying for is what you cannot see: certified materials, and our own craftsmen controlling every stage of manufacture. In our Organic Collection the cotton and wool are GOTS certified and the latex is GOLS certified, the timber in our beds and furniture is FSC certified, and the foams in our foam and hybrid mattresses are CertiPUR-US certified. Each certificate covers the material it names, so you know exactly what you are getting.

Yes. We make custom mattress sizes, and our beds, sofas, wardrobes and kitchens can be tailored in materials, colours, sizes and finishes to suit your home. Speak to our sleep specialists in store or contact us.

Home delivery and installation are free on orders of AED 500 and above, anywhere we deliver in the UAE. Orders below AED 500 carry an AED 100 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay. We deliver Monday to Saturday, within the UAE only.

Standard delivery is within 5 working days for mattresses and accessories, and within 14 working days for beds, sofas and furniture. Kitchens, wardrobes and customised interior works: estimate 45 days. One of our team will contact you within 24 hours of your order to schedule a convenient date, and we always try to deliver sooner.

Huxberry mattresses carry a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Hypnos mattresses and toppers are covered by the manufacturer's own 10-year international warranty. Huxberry kitchens and wardrobes carry a 5-year limited warranty on the cabinets. Beds, sofas, chairs, ottomans and other furniture, and all bedding accessories (sheets, duvets, pillows, toppers and protectors), carry a 1-year limited warranty. All mattresses should be paired with a Huxberry ActivGuard or ActivChill mattress protector or encasement to ensure a clean and hygienic sleep. Both are waterproof and fire rated, and give 360-degree protection against bed bugs, moisture, stains, dust mites, allergens, mould and mildew. Stains and soiling are not covered by the warranty, so waterproof protection is always worth it.

Orders cannot be refunded or cancelled once confirmed and paid: each item is made to order, materials are purchased and our craftsmen begin work immediately, so please verify all sizes, materials and requirements before placing your order. The one exception is our 30-night mattress exchange: a standard-size Huxberry mattress bought together with a mattress protector can be exchanged once if it isn't right after 30 nights. This does not apply to custom sizes, Hypnos mattresses, beds, sofas, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes or bedding accessories. See our Warranty & Bed Care page for how it works.
