Light Oak & Arches

An apartment kitchen that needed to feel like a room rather than a corridor. We introduced a soft arch at the entrance and repeated it in the island end panel, which gives the space a gentle rhythm and softens the long run of cabinetry.

The fronts are a pale oak wood-grain, handleless, with fluted-glass uppers that hide everyday clutter while still glowing when lit. A marble-effect porcelain runs across the worktops and up the splashback, and brushed brass tapware picks up the warmth of the timber.

The island doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for three, and a tall column houses the ovens and a wine fridge so the working wall stays clean.
